SAN DIEGO, CA (July 29, 2019) – A vehicle struck and injured and elderly man early in the morning on Sunday close to Balboa Park in San Diego. The July 28 incident occurred in the Banker’s Hill area, where Elm Street and Fourth Street intersect.
The time was roughly 6:00 a.m., according to San Diego Police.
