Hit-and-run Driver Injures Pedestrian at North Harbor Drive and Liberator Way in San Diego
SAN DIEGO, CA (January 14, 2020) – Early in the morning on Tuesday, a hit-and-run driver struck and injured a pedestrian near the airport in San Diego. The January 14 incident occurred where North Harbor Drive and Liberator Way intersect.
The time was roughly a little after 6:00 a.m., according to Harbor Police.
Reports say a driver struck a woman who was walking across the road, and fled the scene of the incident. The driver did not stop to help the victim.
Responders arrived and transported the victim to a hospital. The injuries she suffered were described as minor. Her identity, including name, age, and city of residence, have not been reported.
Investigators are searching for the vehicle involved in the incident, described as a four-door sedan, black in color. They are also searching for the driver, who has not been described.
