Head-on Crash on San Pasqual Valley Road in San Diego Kills Motorcyclist
SAN DIEGO, CA (August 18, 2020) – On Sunday afternoon in San Diego, a motorcyclist was killed in a head-on crash. The August 16 incident occurred on San Pasqual Valley Road in the 18000 block, in the neighborhood of San Pasqual.
The time was roughly 1:41 p.m., according to John Buttle. Buttle is an officer with San Diego Police.
Reports say the motorcyclist had been going eastbound on San Pasqual Valley Road, and went over the double yellow line and into the lane of opposing traffic. The motorcycle collided with an oncoming vehicle–described as a Ford 250.
The motorcyclist was killed in the crash. He was identified only as 65 years old. His name and city of residence have not been reported.
Responders transported the truck’s driver and a passenger from the truck to a hospital. The types of injuries the two people suffered, and their current condition, have not been reported.

The passenger from the truck has not been identified in reports. Investigators are collecting information and details about the crash.
