Collision Involving Prison Bus and Tesla Car Injures One Person in San Diego

SAN DIEGO, CA (March 14, 2019) – A collision in the afternoon on Wednesday in downtown San Diego involving a prison bus and a Tesla car injured one person. The March 13 accident occurred where A Street and Sixth Avenue intersect.

The time was roughly 3:00 p.m.

Reports say that the bus was carrying 15 prisoners when the crash occurred. One person aboard the bus was injured in the accident. The identity of the victim has not been reported. The current condition of the victim is not known, nor the types of injuries the person suffered. No details have been reported on the identity of the bus’s driver, including the person’s name.
