Sabrina Adame Killed in Hit-and-Run Accident in Anaheim, Suspect Arrested

Edgar Arce Arrested For Felony Hit-and-Run Death of Sabrina Ruiz Adame
ANAHEIM, CA (September 15, 2024) – A fatal hit-and-run accident in Anaheim claimed the life of 47-year-old Sabrina Ruiz Adame early in the morning on September 15. The incident occurred at around 4:40 a.m. at the intersection of Katella Avenue and Euclid Street, according to Anaheim Police.
Authorities report that 24-year-old Edgar Arce struck Adame with his vehicle and fled the scene. Witnesses stated that a dark-colored SUV heading westbound on Katella Avenue hit Adame while she was in the traffic lanes.
Sabrina Adame Was Found Suffering From Severe Injury Before She Died In A Nearby Hospital
Officers arrived on the scene and found Adame suffering from severe injuries. She was rushed to a nearby hospital, but despite efforts to save her, she later died from her injuries.
Following an investigation, police identified Arce as the driver of the SUV involved in the crash. He was arrested and booked on felony hit-and-run charges, and his vehicle was seized as evidence.
