There are possible felony charges being filed for a pedestrian accident. A fatal hit and run accident occurred in San Francisco. The victim was an 82 year old woman of San Francisco. The suspect will be in court Wednesday, April 16, 2014.

The suspect was driving a white Dodge Durango on March 20, 2014. The victim was crossing Bayshore Boulevard with the light.

The suspect was arrested about a week later after the owner of the car was interviewed.

Bail was set for $80,000.
