Los Angeles Pedestrian Struck and Killed on 110 Freeway
LOS ANGELES, CA (November 16, 2021) – Early in the morning on Monday in South Los Angeles, a pedestrian was struck and killed. The November 15 crash occurred on the 110 Freeway, in the area of Florence at the off-ramp for Florence Avenue.
The time was roughly a little after 12:15 a.m., Elizabeth Kravig said. Kravig is an officer with the California Highway Patrol.
No details have been reported on how the crash occurred. The pedestrian was struck on the freeway’s southbound side.
Responders arrived and pronounced the person deceased at the crash site. Her identity, including name, age, and city of residence, has not been reported.
Investigators are working to collect details and information to understand the crash.
