Six people were injured and another killed Sunday after a multi-car collision. The crash happened on the 10 Freeway in West Los Angeles, according to authorities.
The crash occurred just before 3 a.m. just west of Manning Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.
California Highway Patrol Officer Polizzi told KTLA two vehicle were involved, with five people in one car and two in the other. The person who died has not been identified. The conditions and names of the six others injured is currently unknown.
The details of the crash were not immediately available, though one of the vehicles involved, a black sedan, was overturned on the side of the freeway.
Two 10 Freeway lanes were closed for about two hours. All lanes were reopened around 5:30 a.m.
Rain may have been a factor in the crash, though the crash remains under investigation.
