OCEANO, CA (January 3, 2019) – A vehicle hit and injured a pedestrian in the afternoon of New Year’s Day. The January 1 accident occurred at Highway 1 and Pier Avenue.

The time was roughly 12:25 p.m.

According to reports, California Highway Patrol found the pedestrian—identified only as a man—lying on the ground and not conscious.
