Car and Semi Collide on I-805 in North Park; One Person Seriously Injured
SAN DIEGO, CA (December 19, 2018) – A collision involving a car and a semi on Monday night in North Park seriously injured one person. The December 17 accident occurred on I-805 close to Adams Avenue, according to Tommy Doerr. Doerr is an officer with the California Highway Patrol.
The time was roughly a little before 9:35 p.m.
According to reports, the car—described as a Hyundai sedan—and a semi truck collided on the southbound side of the freeway. Responders arrived on scene and took the driver of the Hyundai to Sharp Memorial Hospital. The victim suffered injuries that were described as major. The identity of the victim, including the person’s name, age, gender, and city of residence have not yet been reported. The types of injuries the person suffered have not yet been reported.
