He will be buried this weekend at Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Fort Leonard Wood. According to the Department of Defense, McClure was one of two soldiers that passed away in that particular accident.

McClure joined the Army in 2011 and was an army specialist. His deployment began in February of this year.  It was the first time he had been deployed overseas in his military career.

The service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday. The memorial has already taken place, but the funeral will be at that time at Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville and the burial will take place at Fort Leonard Wood.

Friends and family are incredibly saddened by the news of the death of the young soldier. He served his country well during his short deployment. No details have been given regarding the accident and how it occurred.
