Santa Ana, CA (October 19th, 2023) – Madeline Ortiz, 18, is facing charges in connection with a hit-and-run pedestrian accident that occurred on Wednesday at the intersection of New Hope Street and McFadden Avenue, according to the Santa Ana Police Department.
