LOS ANGELES, CA (November 22, 2019) – Late at night on Thursday in Los Angeles, a hit-and-run driver struck a pedestrian in the neighborhood of Pick-Union. The November 21 incident occurred where Alvarado Street and Olympic Boulevard intersect.
