Six Vehicles Collide in Jurupa Valley, Critically Injuring One Person in Rollover
JURUPA VALLEY, CA (May 22, 2019) – Six vehicles collided Tuesday night in Jurupa Valley, critically injuring one person. The May 21 accident occurred in the vicinity of Etiwanda Avenue and Van Buren Boulevard, close to the 60 Freeway and to the south of it.
The time was roughly a little before 8:15 p.m., according to Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department.
Reports say one of the vehicles that collided had overturned, and rescuers had to work to extricate the victim. According to officials, the victim suffered injuries that were described as serious. Respondents transported the victim to a hospital.
The identity of the victim, including the person’s name, age, gender, and city of residence, has not been reported. The victim’s current condition is not known. The vehicle the victim had been traveling in has not been described, and it is not known if the person was a driver or a passenger.
