Joshua David Hathaway Killed in Hit-and-Run on 3rd Street; LAPD Seeks Driver

Los Angeles Police Are Searching For The Driver Who Killed Hathaway Back On January 12th
LOS ANGELES, CA (February 11, 2025) – Authorities are searching for the driver responsible for a fatal hit-and-run that claimed the life of 41-year-old Joshua David Hathaway early Friday morning.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the crash occurred around 12:50 a.m. on January 12 along 3rd Street near Lucas Avenue. Under unclear circumstances, the driver of a white Honda Accord struck Hathaway and fled the scene without rendering aid.
Joshua Hathaway Was Transported To A Nearby Hospital Where He Later Died
Paramedics arrived moments later and transported Hathaway to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
The LAPD is now asking for the public’s help in identifying the driver. The city of Los Angeles is offering a reward of up to $50,000 for information leading to the suspect’s conviction.
