Fresno County 2-Car Accident Kills Driver
Fresno County, CA (March 28, 2024) – On Thursday afternoon, March 28, tragedy struck at the intersection of South Elm Avenue and East Conejo Avenue, just outside Caruthers, when Jeremy Wilson, a 33-year-old Kingsburg resident, lost his life in a fatal two-vehicle accident.
The incident occurred shortly after 1:00 p.m. when Jeremy Wilson, driving eastbound, failed to stop at a stop sign. His sedan collided with a passing white pickup truck traveling northbound, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Jeremy Wilson Was Pronounced Dead At The Scene of the Accident
Jeremy Wilson sustained fatal injuries in the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene by responding authorities. The Fresno County Coroner’s Office confirmed his identity.
Fortunately, the driver of the truck only suffered minor injuries.
Authorities have not yet determined if drugs or alcohol played a role in the collision, and investigations into the circumstances surrounding the tragic incident are ongoing.
