Crash on Woodley Avenue in Granada Hills Kills One Person, Injures Another
GRANADA HILLS, CA (January 20, 2020) – Early in the morning on Saturday in Granada Hills, a crash killed one person and injured another. The January 18 incident occurred on Woodley Avenue in the 10700 block, close to Chatsworth Street.
The time was roughly 12:40 a.m., according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Reports say a vehicle, which has not been described, crashed for reasons that are not known. Responders arrived and worked to free two people who were trapped.
One of the victims was reported killed at the incident site. The identity of the victim, including name, age, gender, and city of residence, has not been reported.
Responders transported the other victim to a hospital. The identity of the victim has not been reported. The types of injuries the person suffered, and current condition, are not known.
The person who had been driving the vehicle has not been identified in reports.
