Fiery Crash at Garden Grove Blvd. Kills One, Injures Others in Garden Grove, CA

GARDEN GROVE, CA (November 11, 2022) – Early in the morning on Friday in Garden Grove, three vehicles crashed violently, killing one person and injuring others. The November 11 fiery crash occurred where Magnolia Street and Garden Grove Boulevard intersect.

The time was roughly 12:45 a.m., Garden Grove Police said.

No details have yet been reported on how the crash happened, nor has the line of travel of each vehicle prior to crashing been described.

Good Samaritans pulled victims from the wreckage, helping first responders.

One vehicle–described as a Tesla–was on fire as an occupant was pulled from it.

Another driver was pulled from the vehicle she had been traveling in.

Nick Jensen, who is a sergeant with Garden Grove Police, was reported to have said one person died in the crash, and other person suffered injuries that were life threatening.

No one involved in the crash has been identified in reports, and the exact number of victims is not known.

Investigators are working to understand how and why the crash happened, and they are continuing to collect details and information.
