FONTANA, CA (August 30, 2018) – Two people suffered injuries in a crash in Fontana, according to the San Bernardino County Fire Department.
The crash occurred near Catawba Avenue and San Bernardino Avenue at roughly 7:15 p.m., Eric Sherwin said. Sherwin is a spokesman for the San Bernardino County Fire Department.
Firefighters had to extricate one of the victims from a vehicle.
Responders took an injured person to a trauma center nearby. Responders took another victim to a hospital in the area.
No other information was available as to the identities of the people involved in the crash, the types of injuries they suffered, and the kinds of vehicles they were driving.
Investigators are continuing their search into the details of the crash to determine what caused it.
