LOS ANGELES, CA (December 31, 2018) – Early in the morning on Monday, a man who was walking in East Hollywood was hit and killed by a vehicle. The December 31 accident occurred where Santa Monica Boulevard and North Vermont Avenue intersect.
The morning accident occurred sometime before 5:00 a.m.
According to reports, a man—identified as Hispanic, and in his 30s—had been walking when a vehicle hit him. According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the victim was pronounced deceased at the accident scene. The name of the man has not yet been reported, nor his city of residence. It is not known from reports if the victim was walking across the road at the time of the accident, and where the victim was located when the vehicle struck him.
