Beverly Hills Police Stop Stolen SUV; 200 Rolls of Toilet Paper are Found Inside
BEVERLY HILLS, CA (April 2, 2020) – On Tuesday, Beverly Hills Police stopped a stolen vehicle and discovered 200 rolls of toilet paper inside. The March 31 incident occurred close to where Rexford Drive and Santa Monica Boulevard intersect.
Reports say officers stopped a vehicle—described as an SUV, white in color—and pulled it over due to a report that it was stolen. Officers stopped the vehicle in front of the Beverly Hills police station, according to reports.
Upon searching the vehicle, police found the large quantity of toilet paper. It is not known from reports if the toilet paper had been stolen, or already contained in the vehicle when the vehicle was stolen.
Officers arrested the driver. The identity of the person, including name, age, gender, and city of residence, has not been reported.
The suspect faces a number of charges. Investigators are working to collect information about the incident.
The identity of the owner of the vehicle has not been reported.
