BAKERSFIELD, CA (October 7, 2024) – At least one person was injured in a two-vehicle rollover accident on the 5 Freeway near Lerdo Highway on Monday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).
The crash occurred around 10:40 a.m. when, for unknown reasons, one vehicle collided with another, causing one of the cars to roll over and strike a power pole. Emergency crews responded to the scene shortly after, tending to the injured, though the extent of the injuries remains unknown.
