1 Hurt In 2 Vehicle Crash in Bakersfield
BAKERSFIELD, CA (April 24, 2025) — At least one person was hospitalized following a two-vehicle collision late Thursday night on Jewetta Avenue near Rosedale Highway, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).
The crash occurred around 10:23 p.m., involving a silver GMC and another unidentified vehicle. Details surrounding the cause of the collision remain unclear, but authorities say the impact forced one of the vehicles approximately 50 feet down an embankment off the side of the roadway.
The 1 Injured Driver Was Transported To A Nearby Hospital
Emergency responders arrived quickly at the scene. At least one individual was transported to a local hospital, while a second person received medical attention on site, officials reported.
CHP is leading the investigation. No additional information has been released at this time.
