Burbank Man Arrested in DUI Pedestrian Accident On Olive Avenue
Burbank, CA (June 28, 2024) – A tragic DUI pedestrian accident on Olive Avenue near Glenoaks Boulevard claimed the life of 76-year-old Anahid Sarkissian on Friday afternoon. The incident occurred around 4:30 p.m. when Vincent Carnegie of Burbank struck Sarkissian in the 400 block of East Olive Avenue.
Burbank Police responded swiftly and found Anahid Sarkissian with severe injuries. Despite their efforts, she was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Burbank Police Arrested Vincent Carnegie for the DUI Death of Anahid Sarkissian
Carnegie was interviewed by police and subsequently booked into the Burbank City Jail on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated. He was later released on $100,000 bail and is scheduled to appear in court on July 24.
