Man Struck and Killed in Southwest Fresno
FRESNO, CA (July 3, 2025)— A man died after being struck by a vehicle early Thursday morning in a fatal pedestrian collision in southwest Fresno, authorities confirmed.
The incident occurred around 4 a.m. at the intersection of Jensen Avenue and Elm Avenue, according to the Fresno Police Department.
The Victim, Believed To Be In His 30’s or 40’s was Struck By A Toyota Scion
Officials said a westbound Toyota Scion struck the man under unknown circumstances. Emergency responders arrived on scene and transported the victim—believed to be in his 30s or 40s—to a nearby hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
The man’s identity has not yet been released pending notification of next of kin.
Fresno police are continuing to investigate the cause of the crash and determine who may have been at fault.
