ANAHEIM, CA (December 8, 2024) – Eight people, including two children, were injured in a crash possibly linked to street racing at the intersection of Harbor Boulevard and La Palma Avenue in Anaheim on Sunday evening.
The collision occurred around 10:40 p.m. on December 8, when two BMWs, traveling at high speeds, collided with a white SUV making a left turn. According to the Anaheim Police Department, emergency responders arrived at the scene to find eight individuals injured.
A Woman Driving An SUV With Children In It Was Rushed To A Nearby Hospital In Critical Condition
The SUV was driven by a woman with two children inside. The woman was rushed to a nearby trauma center in critical condition, though her current status remains unclear. The conditions of the children and the other victims have not been disclosed at this time.
Authorities suspect the two BMWs were engaged in street racing prior to the crash, and further investigations are underway.
