Woman Seriously Hurt By Female Driver in Hit-and-Run Accident on Knudsen Drive
BAKERSFIELD, CA (August 22, 2024) — A woman was critically injured early Thursday morning, August 22, after being struck by a car while attempting to intervene in a street fight on Knudsen Drive.
The incident occurred around 4:40 a.m. in the 5500 block of Knudsen Drive. According to the Bakersfield Police Department, the woman had stopped her car to try to break up a fight involving multiple people in the street. While she was intervening, another vehicle struck her.
