Vista School Bus Involved In Crash Leaves 1 Seriously Injured

1 Injured in School Bus vs. Car Crash in Vista
Vista, CA (June 20, 2024) – A car and school bus collision at Monte Vista Drive and Lita Lane early Thursday morning left the driver of a green Toyota vehicle with life-threatening injuries.
Authorities reported that the crash occurred around 7:50 a.m. For reasons yet to be determined, the Toyota collided with a school bus carrying five students, aged 5 to 10 years old. Paramedics swiftly arrived at the scene and transported the Toyota driver to a nearby hospital.
Students On The School Bus Were Uninjured
Fortunately, the students and the bus driver were not injured in the accident.
The Vista Sheriff’s Department is seeking witnesses to help with the investigation. Anyone with information about the incident is urged to contact them.
