Santa Barbara, CA (april 7, 2023) – A single-vehicle crash on Highway 166 in Santa Barbara turned fatal last Friday, April 7. One person was killed, and another one was critically injured in the accident that occurred around 8:13 a.m. near Rockfront Ranch.
