Man Killed in Fullerton Crash on 57 Freeway
FULLERTON, CA (December 1, 2021) – Jacob Robison was identified by the Orange County Sheriff’s Department as the person who was killed in a crash on the 57 Freeway on Monday. The November 29 crash occurred near Chapman Avenue.
The time was roughly 4:30 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
The vehicle Robison had been traveling in–described as a BMW 328i–collided with a Chevrolet, for reasons that are not yet known. The crash disabled the vehicle Robison was in.
A vehicle–which has not been described–struck the rear end of Robison’s BMW.
The force of the collision sent the BMW into another lane, and another vehicle–which has also not been described–struck the BMW.
Responders arrived and pronounced Robison deceased at the crash site. He was 18 years old.
The person who had been driving the Chevrolet was identified as Francisco Martinez, a resident of Anaheim.
None of the other people involved in the crash have been identified in reports, which also do not describe any other injuries.
Investigators are continuing their work on the crashes.
