Friends Identify Ryan Breaux, Brother of Singer Frank Ocean, as Fatality in Thousand Oaks Crash
THOUSAND OAKS, CA (August 4, 2020) – Friends are reported to have identified Ryan Breaux as having been killed in a Thousand Oaks crash on Sunday. Authorities, and family members of Breaux, have not confirmed the identity in reports.
The Sunday, August 2 crash occurred early in the morning, and killed two men, reports say. The vehicle erupted in flames.
According to social media posts by friends, Breaux was one of two people who were killed. He was 18 years old. He was the singer Frank Ocean’s younger brother.
The other victim was identified by Cal State Northridge, reports say. The other man who died was Ezekial Bishop, a student and track and field athlete.
Neither victim has been officially identified by the Ventura County Medical Examiner’s Office.
Investigators are working on understanding the causes of the single-car crash. The driver of the vehicle at the time of the incident has not been identified in reports.
