Student Injured in Incident Involving Golf Cart in San Diego’s Otay Mesa West

SAN DIEGO, CA (November 1, 2019) – On Thursday evening, a student involved in an incident that is not clear from reports may have been struck by a golf cart in the Otay Mesa West area of San Diego. The October 31 incident occurred in a park.
